ANNUAL SEMINAR
Our seminars are annual residentials, held on university campuses. For the past several years, we’ve had a partnership with Chester University, which has also facilitated the introduction of university level studies to the young people.
The seminar is a 3 day residential, and is a great opportunity for 14-18 year-olds to discover and develop their leadership potential and to become effective, ethical leaders in their home, school, workplace and community.
CURRICULUM
EMPOWER
The curriculum asks young people to look inside themselves, recognising their own skills and talents, and empowering them to use these moving forwards. It shows the young people the power the have to change the world.
LEAD
We teach the concepts of leadership, and expand that into concepts of moral leadership. We ask the young people to consider how they can be leaders in their own lives and communities, and how they can use their time to volunteer in those communities.
EXCEL
We expand upon the ideas of empowerment and leadership, and show young people how they can use those skills to excel – to excel in their own lives, their chosen paths, and in their communities. We teach them to truly believe that the sky is the limit.
